Woodys Slim Jim Performance Dooly Carbide Wearbar 4" (SY4-6580) |
|
The difference in the Slim Jim from the original Dooly is the Slim Jim is built with one piece steel. The runner portion is taller for deeper penetration helping to prevent plowing in corners. The new Slim Jim Dooly embodies the anti-dart and adds superb cornering control. The Slim Jim's enhanced cornering capabilities allow you take it to the edge of traction and feel comfortable enough to bring it there and back when you want to. That level of riding can only be achieved by those who are able to trust their traction. - The design of this runner is specifically for riders who love the reduced darting feature of Woody's original Dooly and also want a more performance-enhanced product when cornering
- Woody's Slim Jim is more responsive in the corners and comes in a whopping 31% lighter than the original Dooly
- Durable 3/8"-16 mounting studs ensure secure fit
- Available with 4", 6" and 8" of 60 degree turning carbide
- Sold each

The Porsche GT2 RS leaks from a private viewing in Leipzig
Not literally, you understand, but the details of the new Porsche 911 GT2 RS have found there way on to the interweb from that font of high-end help – Teamspeed. The 911 GT2 RS – the last of the current generation (997) 911s to surface before we get an all new 911 in 2010 – was previewed for dealers and valued clients in Leipzig. Which probably means that at least one of Teamspeed’s members were at the event, hence the phote above and some gen on what the GT2 RS has to offer.

French but sans le funky look
A busy show stand for Renault – as well as unveiling its new Twingo city car, the French manufacturer pulled the wraps off a thinly disguised version of its upcoming Clio estate to take on its Fabia and Peugeot 207 wagon rivals. After the funked up coolness of the Twingo concept car shown at the Paris Motor Show last year, we are more than a little underwhelmed by the production Twingo. Renault is keen to move away from the utilitarian look and feel of the original model – it will leave cheap and cheerful sales to the Clio Campus – and pitch the new model at sharper-suited rivals like the Mini.
