I am parting out around a late 80's to early 90's Yamaha 40 hp 2 stroke 3 cylinder outboard because of low compression in one cylinder. The motor was traded in on a new one from the dealership that I purchased it from and they told me it was a runner! Up for bid in this auction is the flywheel that is in nice operating and good cosmetic condition as well. This should fit years from around 1986 on up to around 1992, maybe others, and for sure it will fit 40, and 50 hp but please do your research before purchasing to be sure it will fit yours. I will be listing lots of parts from this motor over the next couple weeks! Thank-you for looking!
