A tuned exhaust pipe silencer muffler off a Yamaha KT100 2 stroke kart engine. Sounds great and adds horsepower. It was used on an aircraft. Good shape just needs to be cleaned up and painted or powdercoated. The head pipe rotates for different mounting positions.

Eterniti Hemera: The tease continues
Mon, 05 Sep 2011Eterniti Hemera - the first image You may remember that we ran a story a few weeks ago about a mysterious ‘new’ luxury SUV from a new car company – the Eterniti Hemera. Well, they’re back with a bit more of a drip-feed of information as the debut of their first car – which they dub “… the world’s first Super-SUV” – grows closer. We’d speculated that Eterniti wasn’t a car maker but was instead an after-market customiser; simply taking an existing car and making it ‘special’.
Honda P-NUT Concept at LA
Thu, 03 Dec 2009The Honda P-NUT at the LA Motor Show This is another of those ‘Lets see what we can make’ type concepts with probably precious little chance of being made. But the Honda ‘Personal-Neo Urban Transport’ – or Honda P-NUT – does make for an interesting micro city car concept. The P-NUT is a three-seat (which sounds great in principle, but all 3-seat cars – McLaren F1 included – are a pain for the driver to get in and out) concept with masses of angular lines and glass, designed to be offered with one of three powertrains – a petrol, petrol-electric hybrid or pure EV.

We couldn’t see the point of the follow up sketch of the Eva GT just days before the planned reveal at this weekend’s Pebble Beach Concourse d’Elegance. And we rather expected the Eva GT to be a bit of a let down after the sketch and the teaser image.
