I have used other brands for years and their Traction mats were such a pain to install and took hours! These are as good of quality and come pre-installed with pressure sensitive adhesive. That means NO MESSY CONTACT CEMENT!!! I hated cleaning the skis to perfection and than having to apply contact cement ($12 addl' dollars!) to both the ski and the pads, only to have glue ooze out the sides. Than, after a few months the glue would come undone on the edges..... This product is SO MUCH BETTER!! You just need to clean surfaces roughly and than peel and stick....THAT'S IT! These won't peel off like Contact Cement that Hyrdoturf needs either. I always hated when a customer wanted me to replace the foot pads. It was never worth the effort and I was a pro at it. With these you don't need a heat gun, or pressure washer, or $10 worth of acetone......Nor an art degree to get the Contact Cement in just the right places. These are available for Yamaha all WAVEBLASTER 2 760s 1996-97 models and are available in 16 colors/patterns for the same great price! It’s good looking in that slightly odd combination of butch and dainty that certain Italian cars manage so well, it’s performance is decent without being earth-shattering and – certainly compared to any other Italian you could consider remotely ’Exotic’ – it’s more sensibly priced, at the right side of £100k. But if there are criticisms to be levelled against the GrandTurismo S they perhaps revolve around its slightly ‘soft’ nature.
Top Gear Tonight: African Road Trip to find the source of the Nile (Part 2)
Sun, 10 Mar 2013The last episode of Top Gear Series 19 – episode 7 – airs tonight as the second part of the ‘Christmas Special’ to find the source of the Nile in Africa. According to Jeremy Clarkson, the reason we had no Top Gear last autumn, and the reason we’re seeing the Top Gear Christmas Special to find the source of the Nile in Africa in £1500 estates now, is that the BBC schedules were too crammed with stuff like the summer of sport, Strictly Come Dancing and I’m a Z-list Celebrity. But if the viewing figures for part 1 of the Top Gear special to find the source of the Nile are anything to go by, the Beeb would have been better airing Top Gear than the Autumn fodder of ‘reality’ shows last year, as Top Gear stuffed the current reality show – Dancing on Ice – in last Sunday’s ratings.
Ford Ranger gets rollover control for 2010
Fri, 06 Feb 2009The Ford Ranger pickup will roll into the 2010 model year this summer equipped with the automaker's stability-control system that includes a rollover sensor. The rollover sensor measures the truck's angle of tilt and engages the antilock braking system to help prevent a rollover. Ford uses the technology, which it calls AdvanceTrac with RSC, throughout its vehicle lineup.
