Stage-R / Type-R Camshafts:

• Timing must be degreed by professional mechanic
• May require cylinder head modification

Our Camshafts are made from the highest quality Billet and CNC machine ground to perfection. Most Yoshimura camshafts are designed for our race teams, and in turn that design gets passed down to our customers for the best power gains. Some camshafts are direct drop-ins while other may come with shims or a complete spring kit to achieve proper valve spring pressure so no valve float occurs.

These products are designed, manufactured, intended, and sold for use on vehicles that are operated only on closed course racing circuits unless otherwise noted. The U.S. Department of Transportation on Thursday released its long-awaited guidelines on distracted driving, calling on automakers to disable applications that allow drivers to manually access social media, surf the Web or send text messages while on the road. The recommendations also seek to prevent any in-car technologies that require drivers to use both hands or take their eyes off the road for more than two seconds.

CDN announces second edition of Car Design Glossary

Car Design New has now published the second edition of the Car Design Glossary. Designed to enable budding designers  - and those wishing to describe the products of the designer's imagination - to decipher the language used in automotive studios, the Glossary was devised by David Browne, Course Director of Automotive Design at Coventry University School of Art & Design. He created the compilation of terms as an academic piece of research and collaborated with CDN to help generate feedback on these terms from designers themselves.
