The engine was coated in Cosmoline and wrapped in plastic. I believe this is a zero time rebuilt engine based on the condition of the individual components. Engine turns very smoothly like it is freshly assembled. All bearings feel new. Cam shaft and followers look perfect with absolutely no scoring, pitting, or rust. All threads/studs in good shape. All accessory gears and starter driven gear in good condition. Gear reduction box has been removed and is listed separately on Ebay.
