Local Motors announces winners of Terra Prix 2085 design competition

Local Motors has announced the 10 winners of its Terra Prix 2085 Concept Design competition. The competition brief asked entrants to design a two-person race vehicle that could navigate every terrain imaginable on every continent, as well as a support craft for any maintenance needed throughout the race. The support craft had to be able to carry tools, extra parts, any potential module changes for different terrain as well as enough 'fuel' for both vehicles to move between three major checkpoints.

Aston Martin DB9 Special Editions - choice of three 2010 has been a busy year for Aston Martin, what with the final arrival of the much anticipated Aston Martin Rapide, the confirmation of the much less anticipated Aston Martin Cygnet and the Aston Martin One-77 rolling out to customers (just about). SAIC Roewe-MG Cup design competition winners announced

The results of SAIC's Roewe-MG Cup design competition are in, with East China Normal University student Sun Jiajun taking top honors with his 850 Celebration concept. Themed ‘Roewe 2020: Elegant Confidence', the contest asked Chinese university students to design a future sedan, SUV or MPV for Roewe in 2020. Coming in second behind Jiajun were Qian Junlin and Zhang Mingxi, both of Jiang Nan University.
