Orders must be paid by paypal. Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland residents please add 13% HST. Residents of Nova Scotia add 15% HST. All other Provinces and Territories add 5% GST.

Shipping:

Parcels are shipped via PUROLATOR, UPS, CANPAR, CANADA POST and/or U.S Mail ; depending on the area in which you live. Rural routes with no street address are shipped by Canada Post or U.S Mail only. Make sure to provide a daytime phone number and email address so we may provide you better customer service. Duties and taxes may apply to orders crossing the U.S border.

Returns:

There will be no returns on any purchased items. All purchases are final.

Warranty:

Most parts are warranted against manufacturing defects 90 days from date or original purchase. One year warranty applies to most tracks and clothing. All warranty must go through the manufacturer direct. Royal Distributing will not be responsible for any warranty on items. Some items may no longer have any warranty left depending on the item, age, and condition. Royal Distributing does not cover any shipping costs related to warranty items; these are the responsibility of the consumer. Royal Distributing does not test all products, or substantiate all claims.
