This came out of my 2001 Ford F150 5.4L V-8 Auto XLT XTR Pickup truck. Truck ran good but had a loud botom end knock from oil starvation.
DOH!

Sold as-is. Please be sure the numbers on the label in the pic match the numbers of the ECM you need.
