Genuine MoPar Hi-Performace oil filter. This item is new but has some of its paint rubbed off and the bare steel on the underside has surface rust. These blemishes will be virtually un-noticeable when installed. This model filter was suppled from the factory on Hemi and 440 high-performance engines but will work on any MoPar that uses a "spin-on" type oil filter
