This is a Q-1B Flight Suit Heater  / Rheostat taken off a P-51 Mustang we rebuilt in the 80s.   This type of Flight Suit Heater / Rheostat was used in various WWII aircraft to heat up flight suits.  The pilot or crew would simply plug in his flight suit into a rheostat to heat/warm up.

This is truly a unique P-51 Mustang Flight Suit Heater / Rheostat making it not only a great addition to your collection and great conversation piece but it will also make great museum display.

Vauxhall Corsa ecoFlex 98g/km revealed

The new Corsa ecoFlex manages to trim the CO2 emissions from 105g/km on the previous Corsa ecoFLEX model to 98g/km – and therefore a freebie VED – with even the 5 door version sneaking below the 100g/km threshold.
