This mount is about 3 3/8" tall. There are similar Oldsmobile mounts that are about 3" tall. Be sure you are ordering the correct size mount to replace your original.

This is a new old stock Doan mount (number 143) not a rebuilt. No core charge.

It's not uncommon for brand new motor mounts to have extra rubber flashing on the edges or covering holes. The rubber may also appear rough or scuffed but this is perfectly normal.

You cannot drive your classic car bad rear mounts. Why take a chance?

We reported recently that Lotus owners Proton had been advised to sell its loss-making Hethel car-maker Lotus as it geared up to be divested of State ownership in Malaysia.
