Up for auction is this 1939 - 1946 chevy truck carburetor vacuum base plate
This went under the carburetor and is used on the 216 chevrolet engine.
This one was being used for the bendix hydrovac system. We believe these were also used in the operation of the trucks that had the 2 speed rear axle.
This one is in very nice condition and will polish up nicely.
The center to center spacing is 2 11/16" and will work with the rochester or carter W-1 series carbs.
