It was all over. Just about all over. After getting lost in the vast Palazzo/Sands/Venetian lodging-shopping-convetioning-gambleplex, we'd found Chevy's SEMA show preview and borne witness to Brad Paisley's Silverado.

Yes, yes - CAR Online got a bit excited last week and thought it had scooped the new Maserati SUV when it hadn't. But this one is real: Maser showed the new Kubang concept in the metal at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show. If that badge sounds familiar, that's because Maserati showed a concept car bearing the same name at the Detroit auto show 2003.

Renault Megane Coupe Monaco GP - Geneva bound
It looks like the Limited Edition Renault Laguna Monaco GP launched last year struck a bit of a chord with buyers, as Renault has decided to tag another model with a bit of F1 badging – the Renault Megane. The Renault Megane Coupe Monaco GP Limited Edition will get rolled out at the Geneva Motor Show next month. Based on the trim level that sounds like a Drum Beat – Dynamique TomTom – the Megane Monaco gets some pretty Arctic White pearlescent paint set off with gloss black alloys and gloss black mirrors, rear diffuser and fog surrounds.
