This is an NOS power window dual switch chrome housing in the Ford box. Ford part # B5S 14528-A. This housing was used on all 1955 thru 1957 Thunderbirds with power windows; 1955 thru 1960 Ford passenger cars; 1956 Mercury and on the driver's side door of 1957 Lincolns with RH and LH vent windows. This is an assembly line original and not a reproduction and has never been installed. Perfect for replacing a missing, damaged or typically pitted switch housing. But we do see electric cars as a fun toy for the better-off, and 23 year-old Croatian Mate Rimac has impressed Frankfurt with his Rimac Concept One electric supercar, which is perhaps the ultimate electric toy for the better-off. Perhaps, in the case of the Rimac One, we should consider it a toy for the seriously well-off, rather than just the better-off, as it’s expected to cost a quite substantial £650k for each of the 88 cars Mate intends making.
