You are bidding on a original 1956 Chevy 265 Power Pack Engine. This engine was removed from a car in the late 1960's and has been stored in a barn every since. This engine is completely original and still turns over and carburetor is still free. As you can see by the pictures engine is complete with all pulleys,brackets,carb,distributer,ehaust manifolds and carb linkage. The block casting number is 3720991,date code K-28-5 and front pad 008II37 T56FB. Carb still has original tag 2366S DATE M-5 and intake casting number is 3737109. BMW confirms its hiring of former Opel product chief Frank Weber

BMW AG confirmed it has hired Frank Weber, former head of product planning at General Motors Co.'s Opel/Vauxhall unit. Weber will become head of vehicle architecture and integration at BMW, a spokesman for the premium carmaker told Automotive News Europe today. The spokesman did not give details of when Weber will start at BMW.
