For your consideration, I have a vintage GM Highway emergency kit, # 993537. This is a partial kit and includes the fire extinguisher (3907132), 2 flares, fuse unit (#3943606) and the flag. These have not been used and are in very good condition. Comes from a smoke free home. Grand National Roadster Show rides again
