Console gauges for 1966 impala & caprice. I disassembled cleaned all parts glass bezel inside parts then reassembled. This setup ONLY came in 1966 cars not 65 or 67. The plastic housing had some repairs made then repainted black. The chrome bezel is NOT broken it has some light pits as all 66 bezel will have. Bezel has been polished and looks very good. Again it was polished not replated. The gauges has some freckles in the semi black background and are untested. This is how all 1966 gauges are supposed to look, not like the one's with the top bezel broken off that some try and pass off as original. please read description and view all pictures to make sure this item will work for you before bidding. Mercedes-Benz recalls 85,000 vehicles for possible steering failure
Mon, 11 Oct 2010Mercedes-Benz will recall about 85,000 of its 2010 and 2011 vehicles for a potential power-steering failure, the company said on Monday. The models being recalled are the 2010 C-class and E-class sedan, coupe and cabriolet. The potential failure is caused by a loss of power-steering fluid.
Ford recalling Explorer and E-series vans

The vans could develop bubbles in the windshield, decreasing visibility, while the Explorers need to have their steering gears checked. The van’s windshields were improperly manufactured, according to the NHTSA, some forming bubbles after an extended time in hot temperatures.
Almost 1 million cars made in UK this year
Thu, 21 Aug 2014CAR MANUFACTURING accelerated ahead last month, according to official figures. A total of 132,570 cars were made in the UK in July 2014 - a 2.8% rise on the figure for July 2013, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) said. Last month's total took the year-to-date figure to 923,884 - a 3.4% increase on the total for the first seven months of last year.
