Video: Chris Bangle delivers “Empowerment: Design without Designers” talk at Creative Mornings/London
Wed, 09 Nov 2011Chris Bangle – the undisputed front man of car design – needs little introduction, so the prospect of the former BMW Design Director and now founder of Chris Bangle Associates giving a talk in our home town of London was too good to pass up. UPDATE: It seems there are copyright issues with the photo we have of the 2013 Range Rover (the photo was not leaked by Land Rover as some may have suspected) so Land Rover has requested we take it down. We have therefore acquiesced.
Bentley Continental GTC (2011) first official pictures
Wed, 24 Aug 2011Bentley has shown the convertible sister to the new Continental GT coupe: it's the new Conti GTC, due to be unveiled at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show. The Continental GTC Mk2 is entirely in line with the latest coupe - a sophisticated, subtle update to the 2005 original. There's the same smoother front end styling, the more squinty headlamps and a more exaggerated 'power line' with incredibly sharp creases.
