What you are viewing is an NOS deluxe upper tailgate molding. These moldings were installed on the high end trim package such as XLT and XLT Lariat models. They have 2 panels on tailgate. This is the upper one that went around the tailgate handle. The lower panel was the panel that had the Ford logo stamped on it that went middle of the tailgate. This is an NOS Ford item. There is no box. It was a production run part. It has 2 flaws as shown in the picture. The one is a little ping on the upper edge. The other one is a wrinkle on the lower edge which is not visible unless you are looking from the bottom side up. These are very rare to find NOS. There is no mounting hardware because it was pulled out of a bin of production run pieces. If you are restoring one of these or upgrading your trim to the XLT or Lariat version, this is what you need.

Spy Shots: Could this be the 2014 Porsche GT3 RS?
Tue, 22 May 2012Brenda Priddy & Co. sent us the above photos in an e-mail with the subject line “BREAKING: 2014 911 GT3 UNCAMOUFLAGED!” So, we opened it and found a few shots of Porsche's new rear-engine, mini Panamera in “all black everything” but sporting very little camouflage. If this is indeed the 2014 Porsche 911 GT3 RS, the bodywork is either quite a bit more restrained than that of the outgoing 997.5 GT3 RS, or it's wearing bodywork that won't appear on the 2014 GT3 RS when it debuts at the Paris motor show in September.

Tue, 22 Apr 2014The 2014 Toyota Yaris (pictured) gets a new look It’s only a few months since the Toyota Yaris got a series of updates for 2014, but despite that Toyota has rolled out a full facelift for the Yaris which will arrive in Toyota showrooms this summer. Building on the styling of the new Toyota Aygo, the new Yaris gets a cosmetic makeover on the exterior including the same cross shape nose with a central Toyota logo, new upper and lower grills, LED tail lights, diffuser in the back bumper and a new shape number plate surround. Inside, Toyota say they’ve invested a lot of work to make the cabin of the Yaris better and given it a greater feel of roominess and dynamic appeal, more choices of equipment and trim and a more upmarket feel.
