The manual / manuals in this listing came from Green River Community College Automotive Tech Program.  Overall they are in good condition.  Might have some bent pages, some marks, etc.  They all are stamped with the college's name in multiple areas.  Most of the books we will be selling are in better condition overall, but some might have a little extra wear so look at the pictures very carefully please.  Hundreds more to come, keep an eye out in our listings if you are looking for others.

You are looking at a "1981 TOYOTA OEM ORIGINAL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION REPAIR MANUAL".    This manual covers series A40D, A42D, A43D and A43DL.  This item is in good used condition for its age, but there are a number of cosmetic issues. The front and back covers show damage that consists of rough edges, dirt marks, dinged corners and creases.  The inside pages are in good used condition with only dinged corners and light dirt marks.  The only other marks inside the book are the stamps from Green River community college.

Porsche plans to shift U.S. headquarters to Atlanta airport site

Porsche is reportedly set to move its North American headquarters from a suburb north of Atlanta to the site of a demolished Ford Motor Co. assembly plant that once built the Ford Taurus and the Mercury Sable next to the Atlanta airport. A formal announcement is expected on Thursday, according to a report in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

UK Car Sales up again in November (2012)

The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders has revealed that new car sales grew again in the UK in November – up by 11.3 per cent. At some point, new car sales in the UK must surely start to ease as the economic pressure bite, but so far in 2012 we’ve had an inexorable rise in numbers. The latest figures for November show new car sales (well, to be precise, new car registrations – which include Pre-Reg cars) up by an impressive 11.3 per cent, following on from a rise of 12.1 per cent in October, with private buyers driving sales rather than fleet.

Rolls-Royce snags new designer

From one famous British luxury-car maker to another--that's the bespoke transition ahead for Giles Taylor. He's taking over as head of exterior design for Rolls-Royce in April, after an extensive career at Jaguar, where he was chief designer. The 43-year-old also worked as an exterior designer for PSA Peugeot Citroen.
