You are purchasing a remanufactured turbo for your 1999.5-2003 7.3L Ford Powerstroke diesel. Our turbos are completely rebuilt and balanced. This turbo comes without the pedestal but we do sell it seperately or you can call to have it added to this order. Please call with any questions and we will gladly make sure you get what you are looking for.

**Core Policy**
If you dont understand the Core Policy, please call 800-622-5103
All orders, including PayPal, require that we have a credit card on file (you must call... we cannot get your credit card information from PayPal) on orders with a core value. The credit card on file will not be charged unless the core is not returned within 30 days. Please call for further details.
Your item(s) will NOT be shipped until you call and put a credit card on file for your core(s).
We do not charge for the core at the time of purchase, you have 30 days to return the core before being charged... And We pay for return core shipping!
What this means for our customers:
There are no annoying credits to deal with. We only charge you if the old core is not returned within 30 days of purchase.
Definition of Core:
The core is the old unit, which is replaced by the new or rebuilt item.
Shipping Method:
After installing the new / rebuilt item, simply put the old item back in the original shipping box and use the return shipping label that is provided for you.
Please drain off oil or fuel if possible. Wrap in sturdy plastic bag if needed.

After 30 Days:
The credit card on file will be charged after 30 days for the amount of the core (amount will vary depending on the part, and will appear on your invoice)
After 30 days a full refund of the core charge minus 10% will be issued to the customer.
