2.5 HP Yamaha Outboard 4 Stroke Short Shaft - 2.5 hp - needs tiller, clamp and carb cleaned or rebuilt

This motor was off a bumper boat, it was mounted straight down with no tiller handle. It need the tiller handle and transom clamp assembly.

The carb was very plugged up, I cleaned it some but it needs work. I had this running by spraying gas in the carb and the engine started right up and sounded good. The carb will need rebuilt or replaced. The lower unit worked fine.

The cover is cracked, but still clips down fine.

Thanks,
