Coventry University's ‘Selected Works' show, held from Monday 23 to Sunday 29 June in the Transport Museum in Coventry, UK, showcased an array of projects created by students in the MDes Transport Design, BA Transport and Product Design, BA Automotive Design and BA Boat Design progams. BMW and Toyota have agreed to work on a sports car, fuel cells, electric-vehicle components and lightweight materials. The agreement underlined BMW's determination to make its new i electric-vehicle subbrand a success. It has built a special showroom for i vehicles in London and will do the same at its company-owned New York City dealership.

Jeep introduces 2014 Wrangler Polar Edition for winter

The 2014 Jeep Wrangler Polar Edition first made its debut at the Frankfurt motor show this past September, showing off its new front grille, gloss black alloy wheels and polar white interior finishes. The winter Wrangler will arrive in showrooms this November, just in time for the snowy season. The Polar Edition takes inspiration from the great outdoors, incorporating Jeep's 4x4 capability as well as new design cues taken from the severe climate and extreme conditions that characterize the Antarctic region.
