This is a brand new second gear that fits 2002-2007 models of the Honda CR250r and CRF450r. I believe this is the stock ratio second gear for these bikes. Although the gear is taken out of its packaging, it was only done so for pictures. This IS brand new. Retail for this 2nd gear for the tranny is around $38.00, get it here for a fraction of the cost.
