This is a new pair of (2) NOS GM Wire Retainers, For most  55-87 GM pass.cars,This retainer was usually used for the Pos. battery lead around the starter, mounting to the starter bracket and or the frame. The harness retainers around the heater box on my orignal 63 Impala look the same too. GM parts so you know thay will fit and look right. This item was originally sold multi packaged, so I don't have a GM package to send with it . Fiat Chrysler recalls 500L, Grand Cherokee and Durango

Fiat Chrysler Automotive (That's going to get annoying) announced a voluntary recall of the 2014 Fiat 500L for a problem with the six-speed dual-clutch transmission. The company also recalled the 2012-2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango for a problem with the braking system. With the Fiat, the transmission can be slow to shift out of park or to engage other gears.
