Static Cling Dot Matrix Window Film

Is 100% reusable. It's a solar control window film in a black colored dot matrix pattern that virtually eliminates glare and harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun and reduces the fading and rotting of upholstery, drapes and carpets. The film holds securely to glass, acrylic and GE Lexan® by static electricity, and requires no glue or adhesive. It goes on dry, no messy soap and water solutions required, so it can be moved or re-used as required.

 Installation instructions-

  1. Clean application surface thoroughly (this is important, film will not stick if there is any residue on the glass)
  2. Be patient centering the film.  Start applying in the center working to the outside. This can be tedious and a second set of hands may help.  If you don’t mind a small gap along the edges you can trim a ¼” off the perimeter with scissors.
  3. Using a soft squeegee work out any bubbles starting from the center working outward.

For restoration of the static cling, tumble dry lowest heat with damp towel for 2-3 minutes (check cling every 60 seconds for overheating). Repeat if necessary.

Views of new Jaguar XJ leak out

Thu, 09 Jul 2009

Here's the proof that Jaguar has finally junked decades of styling heritage with its dramatically detailed new flagship, the XJ sedan. Although there's a family resemblance to the new XF at the front and in the overall, swoopy fastback shape, Jaguar is entering new territory with the rear styling of the car. In a European context, the rear lights nod toward Italian brand Lancia, and a breakthrough feature is the wraparound, dark-colored panel on the D-pillar, which follows the outline of the sloping rear glass.

Sitting atop 22inch wheels and weighing in larger in every dimension than a Range Rover, the Peugeot SxC is an 'impressive size' according to Peugeot, but also harks back to design elements of previous concepts such as the BB1, EX1 and SR1.
