16T MAINSHAFT ASSEMBLY REMOVED FROM MY 1980 CB900C CUSTOM
Condition as shown. No abnormal wear. Gears, splines, and bearings are good. Engine was running (but had low compression on cylinders 1 and 4 due to bad valves and rings) and transmission was working and shifting fine before I decided to part the bike out.
Most of the rest of the transmission components (countershaft and gears, shift drum, forks, shift pawl, cam plate, pins, cam plate base plate, collar) off this bike are also available, and I will combine shipping.

Last summer I parted out my 1980 Honda CB900 Custom, which I had owned since 1982. About all that is left are the engine and transmission components, and some miscellaneous parts (foot pegs, wiring harnesses, levers, clamps, brackets, relays, etc.). All of the higher demand parts (gas tank, side covers, exhaust, gages, headlamp, fenders, chrome trim, controls, handlebars, charging system, ignition system, air shocks, brakes, oil pump, starter) have been sold off. However, if there is a specific part you are looking for feel free to ask about it using the “Ask a question” link.
Please don't bid if you want these parts to be new, because they aren’t. But I did take very good care of this bike. The bike was never in an accident. Many of the parts are as good as you’ll be able to find; all of the parts will be good enough to get your bike on the road again. Every part will have something wrong as they are used (and 33 years old). If it's bad, I try to mention it, but I don’t list every scuff, dimple, scratch, pit, or rust spot. Range Rover Evoque: Project Khan Cosworth planned
Wed, 08 Dec 2010The Range Rover Evoque by Project Khan with Cosworth Power Azfal Kahn and crew do enjoy tweaking and pimping the products of Land Rover to suit the Tango-skinned inhabitants of Cheshire and Surrey. It started with the Range Rover Sport (the latest version being the Khan RS300) but now extends throughout the entire Land Rover range from the Range Rover to the Freelander 2 (the latest Khan Freelander 2 being the RS200). There is one model in the Land Rover range which hasn’t yet been the subject of Khan’s attention – the Range Rover Evoque.
2013 Subaru Forester: Price from £24,995
Mon, 25 Mar 2013The new 2013 Subaru Forester, which debuted at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November, will cost from £24,995 in the UK for the Forester 2.0D X. Those improvements for 2013 include new bumpers and a bigger crease down the side, some new alloys and more toys, like a new Infotainment centre and a SatNav with reversing camera. But the big news is that the new Forester gets a new engine option too, a new 2.0 litre turbo petrol good for 240PS which should make the Foresters ‘last forever’ appeal more enticing when you can have fun forever too.
Honda CR-V 1.6i-DTEC does 77.86 mpg in the ‘Real World’
Wed, 11 Dec 2013The Honda CR-V 1.6i-DTEC (pictured) does 77.86 mpg in the ‘Real World’ Official car economy figures are pretty useless at being anything other than a guide to the relative economy of cars on sale. But Honda are trying to prove that’s not true. They’ve taken their new CR-V 1.6i-DTEC – which has official economy of 62.8 mpg – out on a mission to prove it can do even more miles to the gallon in the real world than in official tests.
