This is a NOS Echlin Temperature Send Switch Guage.  They should fit some models of: Ford 1965-73, Ford Truck 1966-69, Lincoln 1957, 1972.  Check the napa web site to be sure your model is included.  Some of these parts are no longer stocked so it is better to have a spare rather than have to wait .

McLaren has released video of the development version of the new P1 supercar undergoing testing ahead of the production reveal at Geneva. We did think, when we got an email from McLaren entitled ‘The next steps towards production’ on the new P1, that we might get some concrete details on exactly what the P1 will offer in the way of specification and performance. But no such luck.

Replacing him is 61-year-old Alan Mulally, previously the boss of Boeing's commercial aircraft division. Ford stepped down as part of a major management reshuffle designed to reverse the ailing fortunes of the world’s third largest car manufacturer.
