We will gladly process your request for a return or exchange if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date. The return/exchange must include a copy of the original sales receipt with the reason for return. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be new, unused, and contain all the original packaging and accessories. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping costs that must be paid in full before the exchange can be processed. No returns or exchanges will be granted on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched or defaced. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. We will not grant refunds for gift cards or eBay bucks, instead we can only offer in-store credit. It was closely followed by another Ford, this time the Focus that recorded 81,791 new owners during the 12 months of 2013. Third place on the podium was taken by the Fiesta’s arch rival, the Vauxhall Corsa that racked up 77,861 sales during its final full year before it’s replaced with a new Corsa in 2014.
