300hp Nissan Sport Sedan Concept shocks Detroit 2014

Nissan is 80 years old in 2014, and as part of its birthday celebrations the Japanese firm has unveiled a brand-new Sport Sedan Concept at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit. 'Sedan' is the American term for a saloon car – and as the rest of its name suggests, Nissan is aiming to make this four-door far sportier than your average executive express. Kia has previewed the Kia VG - a replacement for the Kia Opirus And there are no plans to bring the big, luxury Kia to the UK – at least not yet. Kia would have to shell out a pretty big chunk of change to convert the VG/Opirus to RHD, and at the moment they don’t perceive there would be sufficient demand. But that could change.

Famous drivers complete amazing driving stunt

A QUARTET of the world's most skilful drivers has stunned the car world with an incredible stunt on a pitch black racetrack edged by lights. Internet driving sensation Ken Block joined racing drivers Mike Rockenfeller, Augusto Farfus and Adrian Zaugg to lay on a sensational four-car stunt relay called Blackout. Within the four-stage indoor course, the drivers had to face a major obstacle in each: the Laser Tunnel, Laser Drift, Slalom and Laser Box.
