Free airport parking and transfers for Tesla owners
Fri, 25 Jul 2014ELECTRIC car maker Tesla has announced a free parking and airport shuttle service for its customers, based at its new dealership near Heathrow. Model S owners will be able to book the service with the West Drayton Tesla centre, before simply turning up, having their car parked in a secure location and then being taken off to the airport with their luggage – in another Model S. Tesla representatives will also ferry the customers back from the airport terminal to their own car.
VW Polo R-Line Style & more equipment across Polo range
Wed, 03 Apr 2013Volkswagen has introduced the VW Polo R-Line Style – price from £11,740 – in the UK and added more equipment across the Polo range for 2013. We though that VW had done the R-Line thing with the launch of the Polo R-Line this time last year, but it seems the bean counters at Volkswagen have worked out there’s room for a Polo R-Line ‘Light’ in the range, so we now get the VW Polo R-Line Style. That’s because VW decided that, unlike most of the VW range where the R-Line is an add-on pack for any model, the Polo R-Line only comes with the 1.2 litre 105PS engine – albeit in 3-door or 5-door guise – so you can’t have a more butch-looking R-Line with ‘lesser’ Polos.
Fiat 500L – first photo
Thu, 02 Feb 2012The new Fiat 500L will debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show The Fiat 500L is heading for a debut at the Geneva Motor Show next month, and we have the first official photo of the oversized 500. We’ve reported a few times recently on what we now know to be the Fiat 500L. It initially seemed that Fiat would use the ElleZero code name for the production car, but we subsequently learnt that, despite only a passing resemblance to the 500, it was to be the Fiat 500L (for long).
