Brand new performance meter never used , the meter has a few light scratches on the screen, from being tossed around in the Box. Not visible when in use.except 2 small one on case, please see pics.Read reviews and seems like a lot of them come this way. Only plugged it in to test for sale. I already bought digital gauges and has the same performance features as this meter.
