This is our basic differential cover, we see it as the only one worth making. The Dana 60 axles are found stock on an endless variety of trucks from International Travelalls(front & rear), Chevy, Ford, & Dodge trucks (front & rear)& about a hundred others. The D60's end up in every kind of rig made from Samurai's to Land Cruisers to Jeeps and Full Sized trucks & Buggy's. The Differential cover is a 1 piece Plate steel cap 3/8" (.375") bent 8 ways then welded to a 3/8" ring! The fill plug is a generous 1" ID for easy fill and oil level check. The D60 is our best selling cover. After welding the mounting surface is machined absolutely flat for a perfect fit! This is for a fully welded D60 High or Low pinon Diff Cover, ready to plug & play! Chevrolet debuts police-spec Silverado 1500 Crew Cab
Wed, 30 Apr 2014Chevrolet has rolled out the Silverado 1500 Crew Cab Special Service Vehicle meant for law enforcement use, and this truck has a few tricks up its sleeve. The SSV package on the Silverado 1500 Crew Cab is coupled with 1W and 1LS trim levels, with the trucks using the 5.3-liter EcoTec3 V8 producing 355 hp and 383- lb-ft of torque, all while returning as much as 23 mpg on the highway. Things get a little more serious with the addition of a 170-amp high-output alternator and 730-CCA auxiliary battery, which allows occupants to operate the computers, cameras, radios, and emergency lights on the truck.
