Used Hobie 17 UNI Bridle Wires. Overall length is 10'-3". Includes three wires. They can be used for the bridles or forestay on a H17 UNI. Shows typical wear from previous use and exposure. Please keep in mind that these are used wires that appear to be in Very Good usable condition but we have no way to load test them. The Hobie Dealer gets about $75 for this set. We have tons and tons of used Beach Cat parts. Everything from hulls to sails and all the little stuff that's hard to find. If you are needing something for you Hobie, Nacra, Prindle or Solcat and don't see it on auction, send me an email and I will be glad to list it for you if we have it. Please remember all our Cat parts are used and expect them to show signs of use. Most could stand to be cleaned or polished. If we see any noticable defects, we make every effort to point them out. Imagining the Future: The Southern California Automotive Design Studio
Tue, 02 Dec 2008Southern California is home to more automotive design studios than anywhere else in the world, and to commemorate that relationship and celebrate Art Center College of Design's 60th Anniversary, the Petersen Automotive Museum is putting on a new permanent exhibition among its rolling time capsules and automotive memorabilia from Hollywood. The new design exhibition showcases the history of the local design community and its contribution to the world. Located in the ‘Streetscape' section of the Petersen Automotive Museum, the Car Design Studio is at the modern end of a realistic walk-through diorama of California's history as it relates to the automobile.

Enzo Ferrari biopic back on track
Tue, 20 May 2014Fans of Enzo Ferrari and the company he founded could finally get the film they have wanted: A film company is getting closer to putting the long-delayed biopic into production, Variety reports. LA-based Cecchi Gori Pictures is said to be in talks with a well-known American director to helm the film, based on a script by Troy Kennedy Martin and David Rayfield. The script and the film project have been in gestation for years, but the project had been plagued by delays.
