Australian orders - our items are sent via StarTrack with full tracking available. If you are not at the delivery address on the delivery day they will leave the parcel. If this does not suit you please call or email us before your parcel is shipped.

International orders - our items are sent via DHL. Full tracking and signature is required. Local charges including import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Local pick up is most welcome. We are open Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and Saturdays by appointment only (35 Rooks Road, Mitcham VIC 3132). Please make sure you call us first to ensure your goods are ready for pick up.

Payment

Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase unless you organise an alternative arrangement with us. We accept all forms of payment except COD Post.
