Holley (qft), 1050 Hp, 4150 Double Pumper, Annular Boosters, Billet Base & Met.- on 2040-parts.com

  Here we have a brand new, HP 1050 squarebore, 4 barrel, double pumper (mechanical secondary), 4150 style carburetor professionally built in my shop and set up for Pro-street and strip use. This is one of my custom builds consisting of a new Quick Fuel Technology aluminum, contoured, HP style main body for maximum flow and enhanced booster signal. It will flow approximately 1020 cfm (the annular boosters are larger than the standard down leg boosters and inhibit airflow a little) with it's huge 1.580" venturi diameter, and is dyno-proven to 750 horsepower. This is NOT the cheap Chinese knock-off junk sold under the brand name "Pro Comp". These parts are 100 % Quick Fuel Technology, and are machined in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Please call the number below with any questions or concerns regarding your application.  

      It has been assembled with high-flow, viton tipped .130" needle & seat assemblies, 30cc pumps, #35 squirters, blue non-stick bowl and block gaskets, nylon bowl screw and needle & seat hardware gaskets, and vent baffles. The jetting is 82 up front with a 4.5" Hg high-flow power valve, and 92 in the rear with the power valve circuit blocked. The mounting gaskets are included as shown.   

   Here's a list of features;

  QFT polished lightweight aluminum main body with screw-in air bleeds. .070" idle and .033" high speed bleeds installed.

   Annular boosters with black anodized 12 hole inserts (better fuel atomization than Holley's 8 hole insert) machined (not cast) from billet aluminum. 

   Black anodized, billet aluminum metering blocks that are custom calibrated for maximum performance.

   Black anodized billet aluminum baseplate that is much stronger than the stock cast piece.

   Teflon coated throttle shafts that are slabbed for maximum flow, stainless steel throttle blades, and loctited button-head screws for increased flow due to decreased turbulence.

   Lightweight aluminum racing style fuel bowls with dual inlets and sight glass windows that will not yellow. No more fumbling with sight plugs!

   Black anodized inlet fittings and plugs to match the base. Uses a standard Holley model 4150, inverted flare fuel line with 5/8"-18 flare nut.

   Jet extensions and notched float in the rear to prevent fuel starvation during a hard launch.

   Rear idle speed adjustment screw for fine tuning the 4 corner idle.

   This carburetor weighs right around 7-1/2 lbs., while a typical cast zinc carb weighs in at 11 to 13 lbs.
