Dish offset is 3.5 inches from top of grip to underside of mount .
Hard black plastic grip over chrome.
No cuts or tears in the grip but has a few small scratches which may polish out.
The chrome is shiney without any pitting but has the usual fine age scratches.
I do not have the horn button or adapter.
The adapters are still readily available at most auto parts stores that sell sterring wheels.
No name or lettering. Looks like old Moon , Bell or Grant style wheel etc.
Great for hot rods, rat rods, customs, gassers, go karts etc. cars trucks whatever where you want a vintage look.
