This auction is for a used 9.9/15HP Johnson Lower Cover Assembly removed from a 1988 15HP Johnson outboard. This cover is in good condition.  It came from a 2-stroke engine that self-destructed after being run on gas with no oil mixed in. Motor ran like a champ before that time.

This lower cover/cowling will fit a wide range of 9.9hp & 15hp Johnson and Evinrude Outboards.  Make sure it is compatible with yours before bidding.  This cover is not normally sold as an assembly.  Some additional parts are included.  All parts shown are included.  If it's not shown, it's not included.  If you want any other associated parts thrown in....ask.

As with all concept cars, the Jaguar C-X17’s interior is the least production-viable element of the entire design, but it does give vital clues to the direction that design boss Ian Callum and his team are evaluating for the future. The focus is on clean, strong, flowing design, one that shuns clutter for pared-back simplicity. Open the door and you’ll notice both the sense of space and the small F-type steering wheel and four individual bucket seats, the latter two elements suggesting a nimble, involving driving experience.

The end of the internal combustion engine is nigh, they say, as the world tries to clean up its environmental act and works towards a goal of electric motors to power our personal transport. But car makers are fighting that belief by extracting more power for less fuel from ICE engines, and there’s still a very long way to go before the ICE engine is consigned to the history books. Volkswagen has already reduced the fuel consumption of both their diesel and petrol engines by 30 per cent since 2000 and plan a further reduction of 15 per cent by 2020.
