This auction is for a used 9.9/15HP Johnson Swivel/Stern Bracket Assembly removed from a 1988 15HP Johnson outboard. This part is in good condition. It functioned perfectly when taken out of service. It came from a 2-stroke engine that self-destructed after being run on gas with no oil mixed in. Motor ran like a champ before that time. This assembly was greased well every season and tilts and swivels very smoothly.
This bracket is being sold as an assembly and will fit a wide range of 9.9hp & 15hp Johnson and Evinrude Outboards. Make sure it is compatible with yours before bidding. This swivel bracket is not normally sold as an assembly. Many additional parts are included, too many to list, but everything that you'll need for your motor to swivel, steer and connect to the transom. All parts shown are included. The Carens 3 already comes with a decent enough spec – including panoramic roof, 17″ alloys, leather, heated seats, second row sun blinds and colour reversing camera – but the 3 Sat Nav adds a 7″ touchscreen SatNav and new audio system with 8-channel amp and sub woofer offering a better sound experience for all occupants. The Carens 3 Sat Nav is only available with Kia’s 134bhp 1.7 litre CRDI with 6-speed manual ‘box and costs from £24,845.
Hyundai will launch Veloster Turbo in 2012
Mon, 07 Nov 2011Hyundai has confirmed it will bring a 1.6 turbo version of the Veloster coupe to the UK in the second half of 2012, as first revealed by CAR. It should make an interesting alternative to the VW Golf GTI brigade. The new blown four-cylinder engine is called the Gamma 1.6 T-GDI by Hyundai - and it develops an unusually high specific output of 201bhp at 6000rpm and 196lb ft at just 1750rpm.
