SHIPPING

I believe in Fair shipping. I feel that if you live 200 miles away from me, you should not have to pay as much for shipping as the person who lives 2000 miles from Southern Wisconsin. The exceptions to this being items that weigh less than a couple of pounds or items that fit in a "Flat Rate" Priority mail box.

For shipping costs via the Post Office - please use the shipping calculator below that is provided by Ebay.   Please remember that PARCEL POST may be more economical than PRIORITY MAIL, but PARCEL POST is also much slower. So if STANDARD PARCEL POST is chosen for shipping - please allow 7-14 days for delivery. MEDIA MAIL also requires the same extended shipping time.

FREE Shipping - when shipping is included in the purchase price, depending on the weight of the item, the shipping may be via Parcel Post - which is considerably slower than Priority Mail. Please keep this in mind when leaving Feedback for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping can be VERY slow and take well over a month for delivery. Please take that into consideration when purchasing an item that you want to arrive for a special day.

Winter - I aim for a 2 day (or less) turnaround to ship an item from the time you purchase and/or pay for it. However, I live in the country in Wisconsin, and sometimes winter storms can delay the time it takes for me to get to the post office.

Saturdays - I ship 5 days a week (Monday thru Friday). I normally can not ship on Saturdays.

I will gladly combine items (when it can be done safely)
to save on shipping costs.

Shipping will be from Southern Wisconsin.

----------

PAYMENT

 If paying by PAYPAL -
payment is due within 3 days of end of auction.

A Non Paying Bidder report will be filed with EBAY
for purchases not paid for on time and the item will be relisted.

-------------

I attempt to describe the items I sell as best I can. Unless an item is stated as "NEW" - all older, used or vintage items are offered in "as is" condition. ALL sales are final. I have a non-smoking home, but a lot of the items I sell are found at different locations such as auctions, etc., therefore I am not always aware of their origin, history or previous environment.

Audi Insurance – cheaper than BMW or Mercedes

Thu, 20 May 2010

The Audi Range - cheaper to insure Every edge helps, and no one knows that better than Audi. They’ve become masters at finding value where other car makers didn’t even see an opportunity, much less explore it. And their marketing – although understated (on the whole) – is always bang on message and consistent.

LENNON'S FIRST CAR UNDER THE HAMMER

Thu, 10 Oct 2013

THE FIRST car bought by John Lennon after he passed his driving test is being offered for sale at auction next month. The Ferrari 330 GT 2+2 Coupe was bought by the Beatle in 1965 and is expected to sell for between 120,000 euros (£99,987) and 170,000 euros (£141,000). Lennon's biographer, Philip Norman, described how car dealers descended on the singer's home when the news emerged that he had passed his test and offered him a "gleaming smorgasbord" of luxury cars.

Mazda Furai concept sneak preview

Wed, 12 Dec 2007

Mazda Furai concept By Ben Whitworth First Official Pictures 12 December 2007 11:37 Mazda will pull the wraps of yet another concept car at Detroit – and has released this teaser shot to whet our appetites. Called the Furai – that’s Japanese for ‘the sound of the wind’ - the car was inspired by Mazda’s claim that on any given weekend, there are more Mazdas and Mazda‑powered racing cars in action on circuits across the United States than any other brand.Drawing design clues from racecars in the ALMS (American Le Mans Series), the Furai is underpinned by the Courage C65 chassis the company campaigned in the 2005 ALMS series, and it’s powered by a mighty 450bhp triple-rotor rotary engine. 'Furai purposely blurs boundaries that have traditionally distinguished street cars from racing cars,' says Franz von Holzhausen, Mazda’s North American director of design.
