Be sure to add us to your favorites list! Universal 4 port boost control solenoid , typically used with wastegates that have 2 ports. Allows a wider range of boost control than any other method because full boost can be applied on either side of the wastegate diaphragm. This is used when you need more dynamic range than a 3 port solenoid can provide. (We also offer Mac 3 port solenoids). The same valve that many manufacturers re-label and mark up, why pay for a sticker? Includes (4) 3/16" brass hose barb fittings and one sintered vent/muffler. All the Ports are 1/8 NPT so you can use any common fitting that you want including AN-adapters. Also includes one sintered high flow air muffler/vent filter. The sintered filter makes the installation easier & cleaner because you don't have to run another hose to your air cleaner. The fittings are included (NICKEL PLATED brass).We do not include AN type fittings, as most want the hose barbs and we are aiming to be the lowest cost supplier of these valves,we don't want you to pay extra for something you don't need. Is the Jaguar XFR-S on the way?
Thu, 02 Feb 2012Is the Jaguar XFR-S on the way (2012 XFR pictured) New reports suggest that the Jaguar XFR-S – a more powerful XFR with the output of the XKR-S – is close to production. Last summer we reported that a Jaguar XFR-S was being planned (actually, we also said a Jaguar XJR-S was in the planning too) in order to take the fight back to the Germans, with the latest iterations of the BMW M5 and Mercedes E63 AMG now offering more power than the XFR can muster. The idea of a more powerful XFR wasn’t just wild speculation (or an educated guess as to what Jaguar needed to do to keep in touch with German rivals) but was also based on Adrian Hallmark’s comments that it would be nice to take the power upgrades on the XKR-S and extend them to the XF.

The reveal of the BMW M135i Concept at the Geneva Motor Show in March gave us the first look at the three door version of the new 1 Series, and today we get the three door 1 Series range revealed in full as well as details on the new M135i. The 3 door version of the 1 Series is really the proper 1 Series; its lines work better and it just suits the car, and with everything on offer from a 114i to a range-topping M135i xDrive there’s seemingly something for everyone.
BMW's Vision EfficientDynamics concept bound for Frankfurt
Sat, 29 Aug 2009BMW has revealed a radical vision for its future performance-oriented models in a spectacularly styled concept car whose combination of M3-rivaling acceleration and Mini Cooper-beating fuel economy will likely make it one of the stars of this year's Frankfurt motor show. Called Vision EfficientDynamics, the one-off coupe is a mobile showcase for lightweight construction and plug-in hybrid drive technology, while featuring a variety of futuristic styling, packaging, aerodynamic, lighting and interior ideas under development at the German carmaker's heavily cloaked FIZ development center in Munich. Many of the concepts are planned for use on upcoming BMW road cars, including an exciting Z10 EfficientDynamics range-topping model due by 2015.
