Fiat 500X teaser video ahead of 2014 Paris motor show

Fiat has issued this Youtube video of its new 500X crossover, which is destined to launch the Italian brand into the compact SUV market dominated by the Nissan Juke. Although an annoyingly restricted view of the 500X, it is possible to make out the silhouette and outline of the baby crossover, which goes on sale in the UK in time for the new 15-reg launch in March 2015. The Jaguar F-Type Coupe is #GoodToBeBad Back in November we revealed that the Jaguar F-Type Coupe was going to feature in an advert – Rendezvous – during the Super Bowl in the US as Jaguar look to bring attention in the States to perhaps the most impressive Jaguar in a generation or two. Focusing on the predilection of Hollywood directors to cast British actors as villains, the new F-Type Coupe Super Bowl advert features Sir Ben Kingsley, Tom Hiddleston and Mark Strong as archetypal British villains, with the new Jaguar F-Type front and centre. The advert suggest that Brits make the best villains because they sound right, are more focused, more precise, always one step ahead, have a certain style, an eye for detail and are obsessed by power.

Maserati Granturismo S (2008): first official pictures

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 26 February 2008 09:36 It’s only a year since Maserati whisked the covers off the delectable Granturismo and the Italians are unveiling a new, more powerful version.  The Granturismo S receives a heart transplant from the sister company Alfa Romeo – in the shape of the 4.7-litre V8 from the 8C supercar. The extra half litre provides more muscle, power rising to 434bhp, compared with the regular Granturismo’s sundry 400bhp. Maserati hasn’t issued performance figures ahead of the car’s Geneva show debut next week, but it’ll clearly be supercar-quick, with a 0-60mph time in less than five seconds.
