Up for grabs, I have a powerhead removed from a 1970's 20 HP Mercury outboard. The compression is good in both cylinders (see pictures). The motor had no spark, but I believe it was a bad power pack, as the wires were literally falling apart. This should be ready to bolt on and use, however I did NOT test any parts under the flywheel. 2015 Corvette gets luxury Atlantic and track-focused Pacific options
Mon, 28 Apr 2014Chevrolet will offer two special packages on the 2015 Corvette Stingray when it hits dealerships later this year. The Atlantic convertible features a luxury/GT-focused option, while the Pacific will be a track-focused coupe. “One of the design goals for the Corvette Stingray was to provide customers with the flexibility to tailor the car to their personality,” said Kirk Bennion, Corvette exterior design manager.
Alfa Romeo will reportedly become standalone company
Wed, 30 Apr 2014Fiat Chrysler Automobiles CEO Sergio Marchionne plans to turn Alfa Romeo into a standalone company, Automotive News Europe reports. Marchionne is expected to announce wide-ranging plans for the brand on May 6 which will see Alfa Romeo become a stand-alone legal entity within Fiat-Chrysler, with a publicly disclosed profit and loss statement. Alfa Romeo is currently part of Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A., which also contains Lancia, Fiat Professional trucks and vans and the Abarth performance brand.
Chevrolet Test Track to open at Walt Disney World Dec. 6
