Console housing, shifter lever and top cover. Some pitting, decent condition otherwise. I don't have the shift ball for top of handle. I believe it's from Dodge Polara. Is left over from 1965 Sport Fury project I completed many years ago. Just the parts pictured.

Just days after we finally got the MINI Coupe sans camouflage – and with a gazillion photos to go with it – MINI are already on to the next step of the marketing buzz – the MINI Coupe video. Actually, we had a choice fo two ways to go; either a pile of fairly dull bits in lowish resolution that came in without a soundtrack, or a buzzy little viral-aimed ‘MINI Coupe Adventure’.

U.S. set to raise fuel-economy standard
Tue, 19 May 2009Government regulators will get their prize of higher fuel-economy standards, and automakers will get the certainty of a national emissions standard, under new rules to be proposed Tuesday by President Barack Obama. The fleet average fuel economy for automakers will rise to 35.5 mpg in 2016 under the president's proposal--10 mpg more than today's mandate. At the same time, the president's proposed rule will cut carbon emissions, thought to be a key factor in global warming.
