Any returns from orders that qualified for free shipping where the total value of the return is more than 50% of the total original sale, the appropriate shipping cost will be deducted from the return credit. Every item we carry has a 1 year warranty (unless the full part description states otherwise) from the date of the original purchase. Warranty claims will not be honored for parts that were damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation. Warranty claims for A/C related items must include a copy of a repair order that shows the item was installed by a qualified a/c technician. A/C compressor warranty claims must also include a reciept for a new receiver drier (the drier does not need to be purchased from eEuroparts.com®). Warranty claims are honored on an exchange basis only. eEuroparts.com® is not liable for any incidental expenses resulting from a defective item.

And those numbers of AMG Mercedes sold reached new highs in 2013 with AMG reporting sales of 32,200, the biggest ever total from Mercedes performance division. While not labeling it a recall, Ford Motor Co. said Thursday that it will update the software of the regenerative braking system on some already-delivered 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrids and Mercury Milan Hybrids. An Associated Press report said a total of 17,600 Fusion and Milan hybrids will be updated.
