HERE'S AN NOS DOOR JAMB SWITCH FOR DOME LIGHTS AND/OR KEY BUZZER WITH "M B" STAMPED ON THE PLUNGER END. THESE WERE USED IN THE LATE 1960'S AND EARLY TO MID 1970'S ON MOSTLY CHRYSLER CORP. VEHICLES THAT USED TWO TERMINAL TYPE SWITCHES AND HAD THE LARGER INSTALLATION NUT. SWITCH IS UN-ADJUSTED AND ADJUSTS TO THE PROPER LENGTH WHEN THE DOOR IS CLOSED AFTER INSTALLATION. THIS NUT IS 3/8" THREAD AND 9/16" HEX. YOU MUST CHECK YOURS TO MAKE SURE IT IS THIS SIZE AND NOT THE SMALLER SIZE. I BELIEVE THESE WERE ALSO USED BY SOME GM VEHICLES, BUT CHECK THE NUT SIZE. ONLY A FEW VEHICLES FROM THAT ERA HAD THE "M B" (WHICH I BELIEVE STANDS FOR MILTON BRADLEY THE SUPPLIER) STAMPED ON THE PLUNGER END. I'VE HAD THIS FOR DECADES AND CAN'T REMEMBER IF IT IS FROM THE ORIGINAL TIME PERIOD OR I GOT IT LATER. NO INDICATION OF USAGE BUT SOME MINOR HANDLING MARKS MAY APPEAR. David Brown Automotive Speedback revealed
Thu, 27 Mar 2014All-new British sports car brand David Brown Automotive has revealed its first production GT car, the Speedback, prior to its world debut at the Top Marques Monaco event in April. The new Speedback is based on the Jaguar XKR and uses its supercharged 5.0-litre V8 motor to produce over 500hp. It’s been 18 months in development and has been engineered in Coventry – and will use hand-crafted bodywork produced in the automotive city, too.

Perhaps, just perhaps, the Ferrari F40 is Ferrari’s finest hypercar and stands as Enzo Ferrari’s last automotive statement before his death a year after the F40 launched in 1987. To celebrate the F40′s 25th birthday the Silverstone Classic gathered together as many F40s as they could muster for a parade lap at Silverstone at the weekend.
