This will mount in place of your horn. It has 3 fans. One for each cylinder and one blowing air between the cylinders. The entire thing (other then the fans) is made from mirror finish stainless.

The fans are water and dust proof with the IP55 rating. They use less then 1/2 amp each and spin at a amazing rate of 8500RPM and put out 48CFM each.  
 
Touring, this kit comes with a pre-made harness that plugs into your plug under the seat and the fans are operated with Aux switch on the dash.

Volvo's brand image is stuck somewhere between "premium" and "luxury," but the Swedish automaker aims to move further upscale with a fresh design language and a new generation of vehicles powered by more fuel-efficient engines. New mid-sized and large models will begin arriving in 2014 based on Volvo's lightweight SPA platform. The vehicles will use Volvo's coming generation of smaller four-cylinder engines.

DRIVERS are against the idea of a blanket 20mph speed limit on urban roads but are open to their targeted use, according to research published today by road safety charity, Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM). Half of drivers from the UK are against a blanket 20mph speed limit with less than a third willing to embrace the idea and a fifth undecided. Male drivers are more likely to be against the idea than female.
