Here we have a proportioning valve bracket. holes are drilled out for chevy but holes can be longated to fit ford. They bolt right to the master and the valve bolts right to the bracket (you may have to alter the holes on the side to fit your valve.) They work with the SSBC kits very well and we all know they dont give you the bracket in the kit. These work great to help clean up your brake lines and keep it compact. This type is more secure than the kind that only has one mounting hole to the master, this has two. No metal lines just running all over the place. Given that you know how to bend brake lines and not make a mess of it, Ive had to fix plenty of that. Ive used them on several different apps and all came out nice. The brackets are used and have been cleaned up, no nasty mess when you take it out of the box. Thanks for looking.

McLaren P1 (2013) CAR's race-speed Goodwood ride

Tue, 05 Nov 2013

The McLaren P1 leaves the startline like a shard of shrapnel riding the percussion wave of an explosion. It needs high-definition slow-mo to describe it, like those films of a bullet shattering an apple, or the slow-motion shots of an F1 car skipping over a kerb, front wing flexing, tyres deflecting, all that physics captured in beautiful, drowsy detail. In my mind, when I re-live the first moments of my ride up the Goodwood hillclimb in McLaren’s new hypercar, I see the release of energy in the same 1500-frames-per-second style.

Alfa Romeo MiTo GTA – some proper details

Thu, 19 Feb 2009

I know, we do keep moaning about car makers playing tease in the run-up to a car launch. And Alfa has been playing the game recently on the MiTo GTA, releasing a couple of pointless shots of the upcoming MiTo GTA (another Geneva launch). So pointless were they that we didn’t bother with them, but now we have a proper image it’s definitely worth a show.

Mondial Assistance Drivers in the UK are not prepared for winter weather, despite many warnings of approaching cold conditions on the run up to Christmas. A study commissioned by AXA insurance found only 6% of motorists will use winter tyres and less than a third (31%) will carry extra supplies, such as a shovel or tow rope. MSN Cars Winter Motoring GuideFind out how much a used 4x4 costs on Auto Trader This is despite drivers spending an average of two days in isolation during 2012 due to snow, ice, rain and flooding over winter.
