NEW Quick Fist ROLL BAR TOOL Mount #90050

Use with the Original QUICK FIST clamp (sold separately) to mount a flashlight, shovel, axe, high lift jack or other tools from 1" to 2.25" (25 to 57mm) in diameter to a roll bar.

Use with the SUPER QUICK FIST clamp (sold separately) to mount a fire extinguisher, air tank, nitrous tank or other tools from 2.5" to 9.5" (64 to 241 mm) in diameter to a roll bar.

The safe working load for two QUICK FIST Roll Bar Mounts on roll bars less than 1.5" in diameter is 50lbs. Roll bars 1.5" in diameter or larger, the safe working load is 100lbs.

Fits all roll bars from 1” to 2.5” (25 to 64mm) in diameter

Installation:

It is best to attach the QUICK FIST RollBar Mounts as low as possible on your roll bar. Bottles like Fire extinguishers or C02 tanks should touch a deck or floorof the vehicle.

1. Bolt the QUICK FIST clamp to the Roll Bar Mount so that the bolt comes from the base of the Mount, and the washer and nut are on top of the rubber clamp. Repeat for the second mount.

2. Wrap the rubber strip around the roll bar where the Mount will be attached. The rubber will protect your roll bar from scratches and eliminates movement caused by rough terrain. Trim off any overlap leaving about ¼” gap between the ends of the rubber strip. Temporarily tape in place.

3. Open one of the hose clamps and feed the end through the Delrin Mount just above the base, close to the middle hole.

4. Tighten the hose clamp so that its screw is where the two ends of the rubber meet. Remove tape.

5. Repeat with the other Delrin Mount.

6. Check bolt tightness occasionally.

Installation of a High Lift Jack:

Using a 5/16” bit (do not oversize the drill bit), drill out the center hole in the Roll bar Mount and the mounting hole in the center of the original QUICK FIST Clamp. First insert a washer over the interior middle hole. Then insert a 3“ x 5/16”

stainless steel bolt that is entirely threaded (not supplied), add a washer and nut. Tighten. Push the QUICK FIST clamp onto the 3” bolt all the way to the nut. Add a washer and nut and tighten. Follow 2-6 above.

Mount the High lift bar on the two bolts and lock in place by closing each of the QUICK FIST clamps around the bar (under the handle).

DO NOT INSTALL ON ANY PART OF A ROLL BAR THAT IS HIGHER THAN THE BACK OF THE FRONT SEAT.

This minimizes life threatening objects from hitting an occupant in a roll-over. The safe working load

(SWL) for two Roll Bar Mounts on a roll bar less than 1.5” is 50lbs. Rollbars 1.5” in diameter or more, the SWL is 100lbs.

BMW AG will produce its electric-car range at its plant in Leipzig, Germany, the automaker said on Monday. In addition, BMW factories in Wackersdorf and Landshut, Germany, will produce parts for the so-called Megacity Vehicle. “The BMW Group will build the car of the future in Leipzig with high-tech innovations from Bavaria,” BMW CEO Norbert Reithofer said in a statement.

Video of the Radical SR8LM Nurburgring Record Below Back in August we reported that the Radical SR8LM had taken the Nurburgring record for a production car, just a week after Gumpert had claimed the record for themselves. Not that it was the first time Radical had held the record. They achieved a time of 6:55 in 2005 with the Radical SR8, but this time was 7 seconds faster that that at 6:48.
